Attraverso il "Microsoft Office 365 Admin Center" un amministratore può selezionare specifici utenti e leggere diverse informazioni sui dipendenti, tra cui: quanto tempo hanno passato in chiamate, quanti messaggi hanno scambiato, a quante riunioni hanno partecipato e quali dispositivi hanno usato. È anche possibile accedere a documenti, e-mail e messaggi delle persone su Teams.
